Ever feel like your classroom Pinterest DIY was more flop than fabulous? Here is one teacher’s solution to making Easter egg learning activities written in Sharpie marker last in the hands of her students.
There are many different ways you can use Easter egg learning activities. Add a thin coat of clear nail polish to seal in what you write on the eggs.
Teacher Hack for Easter Egg Learning Activities
Write multiplication problems, words broken up into prefixes and suffixes, place value parts, spelling words or money onto the eggs. Use a sharpie marker in order to make the marker show up well on the plastic eggs.
Simply brush on a clear coat of nail polish over the area you’ve written on with marker, being sure that the egg won’t seal shut.
Now the eggs will last so much longer and the marker won’t rub off after being handled by your students…
