Subtraction from 10 Bowling Activity
All you need to set up this activity is the free, printable download (included in the link), a decently weighted ball like a tennis ball and dixie cups. With 10 cups for each group, they set up the cups in a triangle formation just like a real bowling alley. Students work with a partner to solve the equation and check their work against the “pins.”
