My blogger to-do list helps me stay focused so I’m including it as a free download. As teachers and bloggers wouldn’t you agree that there is much to do {learn} and sometimes we think, “Why did I want to blog?” I know that personally when I can feel overwhelmed {ahem} overblessed, I find re-prioritizing and writing down what I want to accomplish really helpful. If I do this on a more regular basis, then it helps eliminate that growing feeling of “things” to do looming over my head.
Enter… my blogger to-do list! When I write it down, then my mind is freed from having to remember it to being focused on the task at hand – allowing me to be a better teacher, wife and person in the moment.
Based on the work that I’ve done on my own personal teaching blogs, I had to learn to create a list of things I wanted to do on a regular basis and still leave myself room to jot down things that pop up and space to write those creative thoughts {ever fleeting} while I have them.
I created a free download for all of the teacher-bloggers out there who might need a place to also jot down their to-dos, ideas and reminders.
I’ve included a place to jot down the things we find ourselves doing on a regular basis, which is interacting through social media. Whether it’s posing a question, sharing a new product, or just checking stats – most of us will check in on our favorites regularly.
There is lots of open space for as your day and week progresses to write down those ideas that come – new products, new post ideas, cute sayings, or ideas for your next giveaway.
At the bottom I’ve included a space with built-in sticky notes. Build a post or article from the main points or jot down what you wanted to cook for dinner on Thursday. It’s your list – use it any way that works for you.
There are four color choices in the download – have your pick! Notice that I didn’t call it the classic “to-do” list. I figure its a blessing to “get” to do each of these things to connect with teachers and share what I do. A little tweak to keep my attitude in check.
